About the Product
Solidifier FC utilizes a specialized single-component emulsion with high-efficiency rust conversion capabilities. The active ingredients react with rust on steel surfaces to form a black chelate compound, transforming it into a hydrophobic passivation layer that creates a robust protective film. This effectively isolates the surface from moisture and oxygen, preventing further rusting.
After drying, it exhibits strong adhesion to rusted surfaces, excellent water resistance, and salt spray resistance. It can be directly applied without acid washing, phosphating, polishing, or sandblasting as pre-treatment processes, greatly improving efficiency and saving time. It is particularly suitable for steel protection where complete rust removal is not possible.
